Dear Friends,

The Sunny Glen Children’s Home CHILD-CARE MISSIONS calls for a deep spiritual dedication, a generous amount of patience and a compassionate level of understanding. As Christian child-care mission workers, we must have a detailed knowledge about children’s needs at every age level and at every stage of development. We recognize that each child is a separate and distinct individual with his or her own individual set of fears, hopes and aspirations. With this in mind, the uniqueness of each child must never be compromised.  

It is equally essential that Christian child-care mission workers have the sustained motivation to meet the diverse needs of each child. Most importantly, we must be diligent in helping mold these young lives toward Christ, and resolute in promoting the Biblical teaching of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, which states:  

“It is not the will of My heavenly Father that one of these little ones should perish.”   (Matt. 18:14)
